The Canon 60D has the same excellent 18MP sensor as the 7D. Also it has manual audio controls unlike the 7D, plus the 60D has the tilt/swivel screen.

It has a nice ergonomic design and is smaller and lighter when compared with the Canon 50D for example. It is also has the benefit of being compatible with Canon’s IR controls.
